SINUSITIS

Female, 25 year old, with Horner’s Sindrome. Test was requested to rule out occult carcinoma. Previous Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Receiving Euthyrox 100 ug daily. At CT and MRI, thickenning of the sinus mucosa. PET-CT showed moderately increased FDG uptake in correlation with morphologic findings.
